We do our level best to send the same housecleaners. However, if any of our cleaners is ill or has an emergency, we offer the most suitable replacement.

14.Can you clean with pets being in the home

Yes, we are a pet – friendly company. However, if your pet is aggressive, kindly leave them outside or in an enclosed place to ensure the safety of our cleaning crew

15.How often should I use cleaning services

You can engage us weekly, biweekly or monthly. We as well provide a cleaner everyday especially to clean an office or any commercial building. The frequency depends on many factors such as your budget, the number of people living in a house and the location of the house. If for example the house is near a busy dusty road, it will be cleaned more often

16.Does the first cleaning take longer?

Yes, the first cleaning does take longer than the subsequent cleanings. How long the cleaning takes depends on factors such as how long it has been since the house was deep cleaned, the number of people living in the house, whether you have pets and the size of your home

17.Do you offer a guarantee?

We stand behind our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours and we will come back and rectify the issue

18.How many hours is a typical cleaning service?

How long it takes depends on the current condition of your premises, there is no specific time it takes to clean

19.When will I be charged?

We charge once the cleaning is complete

 20.How will I recognize your staff?

Our staff wear uniforms that bear our company logo and they as well carry their Identity Cards

21.What are your charges?

Our charges depend on the service in question. For instance, for sofa set cleaning we charge per seater, house cleaning according to the number of bedrooms, mattress cleaning it is the size of the mattress and for office cleaning we charge according to the number of cleaners that will be involved

22.Do you provide free estimates?

Yes we do, we are delighted to provide free estimates to anyone interested in engaging us

23.Can I have a cleaner at weekends?

Yes you can. Just book with us and we will send them
