The frequency depends on many factors such as your budget, the number of people living in a house and the location of the house. If for example the house is near a busy dusty road, it will be cleaned more often

Yes, the first cleaning does take longer than the subsequent cleanings. How long the cleaning takes depends on factors such as how long it has been since the house was deep cleaned, the number of people living in the house, whether you have pets and the size of your home
